We have appt at 11 am , we waited for almost 1 hour and when they call my kids they said they need to share rooms since they are full no rooms available . So means we need to wait longer again since we just saw only one dentist working and more people waiting in the rooms inside. I’m not going to recommend this facility. They don’t follow appointments time.

There are scammers at this place. Before making the appointment, I clearly explained what was going on with my child's teeth. I even asked again, “Can you please ask the doctor if she can help with this?” The receptionist said, “Yes, we will take care of everything. Don't worry.” So I came to the appointment expecting the doctor to actually examine my child. Instead, the doctor barely opened my child's mouth and immediately said, “It's normal, don't worry. Come back in six months.” The whole appointment felt like it lasted only a minute. When I tried again to explain why we were there and what my concerns were, she just asked if I needed a referral and said she could give me one. I was shocked and very disappointed. I left feeling like I had completely wasted my time and money. Luckily, I found another pediatric dentist in downtown Rockford right away. They actually listened to my concerns and started with X-rays. It was a completely different experience and showed me how a proper dental visit should be handled. I personally would not recommend this place. The office did not feel welcoming or clean, and I felt that my concerns as a parent were dismissed.

Thank you to Dr. Patel and his team for getting me in as soon they could for a broken tooth. I thought I was going to lose my tooth but Dr. Patel fixed it for me. I have also gotten some teeth pulled at this office and they use the upmost extreme care and made the process go smooth for me. They are great with working with your schedule.

Waiting room was clean and spacious. Front desk was friendly and professional. Appointment was on time. Dr. K is so sweet. She explained everything she was doing and did a great job!

My husband was seen there today, and the dentist and the 2 assistants were amazing, but them ladies at the front desk were something else, we were told to call to make an appointment for a 4 week follow up and when I called the first time I left a voicemail to get a call back, 2 hours go by no call nor any medication sent to the Pharmacy so I called back since my husband woke up in alot of pain, and this young girl with attitude answered the phone and when I said that i left a voicemail i was told they don't use it and how can she help me, I stated why have a voicemail set up then she got rude and said I dont know thats not my job how can I help you with more of an attitude then when I told her why that I was calling she had me repeat my myself over and over again and acted like she didn't want to help me after I gave the information and spelled my husband's name to her a few times, so then I asked to talk with someone else so I could get that appointment scheduled and to get a message back to the dentist so she could send over the medication for him and that girl was even worse to talk too, I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager to be told that they were busy and wouldn't c
